thanks Thomas. Do you need a login to access a site to see whats happening?
June 11, 2014 at 3:39 pm #222Yes, it might help if you mail me some login information just so I can get a closer look at what might be happening.
It’s ticking me off that this is happening because it’s not a recurring problem so it’s really hard to tell.
June 13, 2014 at 3:28 am #224I’ve just sent you the details via the contact form.
thanks
June 24, 2014 at 9:10 pm #239Any luck??
June 25, 2014 at 4:06 pm #240Not yet, but I am hoping there will be a fix in the update that I have been working on. I plan to release it when I release my new skin soon. I promise I am keeping this issue a priority.
July 8, 2014 at 7:53 pm #243any ETA regarding the release of the update?
July 9, 2014 at 2:56 pm #245I am working my hardest to have this solved and my goal (although somewhat tentative) is to have the update finished by the end of this week on Sunday.
If I cannot figure out a fix for this issue by then, I am willing to refund your purchase if you like. I will continue to work at figuring out the problem, the only condition will be, if you do choose a refund and a future update includes a fix for this issue, it will require purchasing the skin again if you are still interested.
I apologize for this, I hate that I can’t figure it out.
October 10, 2014 at 12:09 pm #330Hi,
I just purchased the CrissCross skin today and Im’ not able to activate it. I’m running WordPress 4.
I see that a number of other people have this issue. Is there a fix for it? I’m able to activate all other skins
October 13, 2014 at 4:12 am #344First thing to try is adding the skin to a fresh Thesis & WordPress installation to see if it works with a blank canvas.
November 22, 2014 at 5:52 pm #451I had the same problem on two of my sites. The only way I could get the skin to activate was to do a fresh install of wordpress in another folder/directory and ‘copy’ the original WordPress content over. It was a hassle because of some of the plugins, like eCommerce plugins had data in the original install and I had to manually add the data to the new install’s database.
For whatever reason, the skin activates fine on new installs, but for some older existing sites something causes it to not activate.
