I would like my read more tag to look exactly like its in the demo with the red box “Continue Reading”. How do I get that look and feel.

Ok, you need to go into your home page template and swap out the pink EXCERPT box for the CONTENT box. Then when you write a post you need to INSERT a <MORE> tag where you want the break to occur. The <more> tag is found on the same line as your icons for bold, italic etc.
TIP: Insert the MORE tag on a new line.

Nice site. You are showing POST EXCERPT not CONTENT. Swap them out
Ah, so your saying use Content and then add the more tag and I should be able to see the continue reading option as in the demo. Correct.
